vcLayer is a platform that uses AI-assisted scoring to evaluate startup companies and connect investment-ready founders with investors. By creating an account, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purposes.

Founders are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted in their application. You represent that you are authorised to share the information provided — including financial data, team details, and company information.

Submitting materially false or misleading information may result in immediate removal from the platform and disqualification from future applications.

vcLayer uses AI-assisted scoring to evaluate startup applications. Scores and quadrant classifications are analytical outputs, not investment recommendations or guarantees of funding. vcLayer does not act as a financial adviser or broker-dealer.

Founders may request a review of their score by contacting support. We are committed to transparency — every score includes an explanation of contributing factors.

You retain ownership of all content you submit (application data, documents, financial information). By submitting, you grant vcLayer a limited licence to process and display your content for the purpose of providing platform services, including AI evaluation and investor matching.

The vcLayer scoring methodology, algorithms, and platform software are proprietary to vcLayer.

vcLayer facilitates introductions between founders and investors. It does not guarantee investment outcomes, valuations, or deal completion. All investment decisions are made independently by investors and founders. Past performance of startups on the platform is not indicative of future results.

Investors using vcLayer are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making any investment commitment.

You may delete your account at any time. vcLayer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent information, or engage in activity that harms other platform users.
